AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING THAT THE DUTIES OF SIDEWALK
INSPECTOR MAY BE PERFOPd4ED BY THE BUILDING INSPECTOR,
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

P.CTION 1.
That the following is added to Section
2 of Ordinance No. 7209 as a third paragraph thereto, and said
third paragraph shall read as follows:
"That the duties of the Sidewalk Inspector of the
City of Little Rock, Arkansas, in the office of the
City Engineer may be assigned to the Building Inspector
from time to time at the discretion of the City
Engineer. That when such duties are assigned by the
City Engineer to the Building Inspector, he shall have
the full powers and authority conferred upon the Side-
walk Inspector by Ordinance No. 7209."
SECTION 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance shall
be in full force and effect from and after its passage and approval.
