AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING ALL OF LOTS ONE (1), RAPLEY ESTATE ADDITION
EXCEPT THE WEST ONE HUNDRED FIFTY SIX (156) FEET AND EXCEPT THE WEST ONE-
THIRD (113) OF THE EAST TWO- THIRDS (2/3) OF SAID LOT; AND THE NORTH HALF
4) OF LOT FOUR (4), RAPLEY ESTATE ADDITION; LOTS TWO (2) AND THREE (3),
BLOCK FOUR (4), WATKINS ADDITION; THE WEST HALF (J) OF LOTS THREE (3 },
FOUR (4), AND SIX (6) OF THE SUBDIVISION OF LOT ONE (1), BLOCK FOUR (4),
WATKINS ADDITION; LOTS ONE (1) THRU SIX (6) INCLUSIVE OF BLOCK TWO (2),
BARBER AVENUE ADDITION, BEING A SUBDIVISION OF LOT FOUR (4), WATKINS
ADDITION; AND BLOCK FIVE (5), WATKINS ADDITION TO THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING ORDINANCE -N0. 5420 AS AMENDED; AND FOR OTHER
PURPMES .
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS;
SECTION 1. That all of Lot one (1), Rapley Estate Addition except
the West one hundred fifty six (156) feet and except the West one -third
(1/3) of the East two - thirds (2/3) of said lot; and the North half ( *)
of Lot four (4), Rapley Estate Addition; Lots two (2) and three (3),
Block four (4), Watkins Addition; the West half (J) of Lots three (3),
four (4), and six (6) of the Subdivision of Lot one (1). Block four (4),
Watkins Addition; Lots one (1) thru six (6) inclusive of Block two (2),
Barber Avenue Addition, being a Subdivision of Lot four (4), Watkins
Addition; and Block five (5), Watkins Addition to the City of Little
Rock, Arkansas, being the Southeast corner of MCAlmont and Roosevelt
Road, heretofore classified and zoned as "B" Residence District under
the terms of Zoning Ordinance No. 5420, is hereby rezoned and reclassified
and the same is hereby declared to be in "F" Commercial District under
the terms of said Zoning Ordinance.
SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 5420 and the Zoning Map thereto
attached and made a part thereof, are hereby amended to permit the
reclassification and rezoning of property outlined in Section 1 hereof,
said property to be hereafter known and classified as being in the "F"
Commercial District.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage.
