AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING LOTS FOURTEEN (14), FIFTEEN (15), SIXTEEN
(16), AND SEVENTEEN (17), BLOCK FOUR (4), ADAMS ADDITION TO THE QTY
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 5420 AS AMENDED; AND
FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That Lots fourteen (14), fifteen (15), sixteen J16),
and seventeen (17), Block four (4), Adams Addition to the City of Little
Rock, Arkansas, being 1860 and 1864 Rice Street, heretofore classified
and zoned as "B" Residence District under the terms of Zoning Ordinance
No. 5420, is hereby rezoned and reclassified and the same is hereby de-
clared to be in "H" Business District under the terms of said Zoning
Ordinance.
SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 5420 and the Zoning Map thereto
attached and made a part thereof, are hereby amended to permit the
reclassification and rezoning of the said Lots fourteen (14), fifteen
(15), sixteen (16), and seventeen (17). Block four (4), Adams Addition
to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, as outlined in Section 1 hereof,
said property to be hereafter known and classified as being in the "H"
Business District.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage.
