AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND REQUESTING THE BOARD
OF PUBLIC AFFAIRS TO ADVERTISE, TAKE BIDS FOR AND
PURCHASE EIGHTEEN HUNDRED (1800) FEET OF SUB -DRAIN
TILE FOR USE BY THE STREET DEPARTMENT AT A COST
NOT TO EXCEED THE SUM OF FOUR HUNDRED DOLLARS
3400.00), AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The Board of Public Affairs is hereby
authorized and requested to advertise, take bids for and
purchase eighteen hundred (1800) feet of sub -drain tile for
use by the Street Department of the City of Little Rock.
SECTION 2. The cost of such sub -drain tile shall
not exceed the sum of Four Hundred Dollars ($400.00).
SECTION 3. All ordinances or parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage
and approval.
