AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF ONE HUNDRED
DOLLARS (I$100.00) TO PAY THE EXPENSES OF THE FIRE
CHIEF OR HIS REPRESENTATIVE TO THE SOUTHWEST
ASSOCIATION OF FIRE CHIEF'S AT A CONFERENCE TO BE
HELD AT GALVESTON, TEXAS, MAY 6, 7, 8 AND 9, 1952,
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated from the
General Fund of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, the sum of
One Hundred Dollars (100.00) to pay the expenses of the Fire
Chief or his representative to the Southwest Association of
Fire Chiefs at a conference to be held at Galveston, Texas,
on May 6, 7, 8 and 9, 1952.
SECTION 2. The proper city officials are hereby
authorized and directed to execute such instruments as may be
necessary in order to carry out the provisions of this
[ SECTION 3. All ordinances. and parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage
and approval.
