ORDINANCE NO. 88 ?7
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND REQUESTING THE BOARD OF PUBLIC
AFFAIRS TO ADVERTISE, TAKE BIDS FOR AND PURCHASE CHLORINE AND
PAINT FOR THE CURRAN CONWAY MUNICIPAL SWIMMING POOL; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE -CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
SECTION 1. The Board of Public Affairs is hereby
authorized and requested to advertise, take bids for and purchase
the following items for the Curran Conway Municipal Swimming
Pool:
Three (3) one ton tanks liquid chlorine, the cost
of which not to exceed $450.00;
100 gallons white pool paint, the cost of which not
to exceed 0500.00.
SECTION 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance shall
be in full force and effect from and after its passage and
approval.
