AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING LOTS TWENTY FOUR (24), TWENTY FIVE (25), AND
TWENTY SIX (26), BLOCK TWO (2) ORLANDO HEIGHTS SUBDIVISION OF LOTS
THIRTEEN (13) AND FOURTEEN (14� HOWARD ADAMS AND R. D. PLUNKETS SUBDIVISION
OF THE WEST HALF (Wj), NORTHWEST QUARTER Mtk) OF SECTION 6, T -1 -N, R-12 -W
TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKAMAS, AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 5420 AS AMENDED:
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That Lots twenty four (24), twenty five (25), and
twenty six (26), Block two (2), Orlando Heights Subdivision of Lots
thirteen (13) and fourteen (14) Howard Adams and R. D. Plunkets Sub-
division of the West half (Wj), Northwest Quarter (NWJ) of Section 6,
T -1 -N, R-12 -W to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, being the Northeast
corner of West Markham and Hays Streets, heretofore classified and zoned
as "B" Residence District under the terms of Zoning Ordinance No. 5420,
is hereby rezoned and reclassified and the same is hereby declared to
be in "F" Commercial District under the terms of said Zoning Ordinance,
SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 5420 and the Zoning Map thereto
attached and made a part thereof, are hereby amended to permit the
reclassification and rezoning of the said Lots twenty four (24), twenty
five (25), and twenty six (26), Block two (2), Orlando Heights Subdivision
of Lots thirteen (13) and fourteen (]J+) Howard Adams and R. D. Plunkets
Subdivision of the West half (Wj), Northwest Quarter (ffi ) of Section
62 T -1 -N, R -12 -W to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, as outlined in
Section 1 hereof, said property to be hereafter known and classified as
being in the "F" Commercial District.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage.
