AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING LOT FOUR (4), BLOCK FOUR HUNDRED TWENTY FOUR
(424), DUVAL'S ADDITION TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS: AMENDING
ORDINANCE NO. 5420 AS AMENDED; REPEALING ORDINANCE NO. 8845: AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That Lot four (4), Bleek four hundred twenty four (424),
DuVal's Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, being 1811 and
1815 Main Street, heretofore classified and zoned as "D" Apartment Dis-
tract under the terms of Zoning Ordinance No. 5420, is hereby rezoned
and reclassified and the same is hereby declared to be in "F" Commercial
District under the terms of said Zoning Ordinance.
SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 5420 and the Zoning Map thereto
attached and made a part thereof, are hereby amended to permit the
reclassification and rezoning of the said Lot four (4), Block four hun-
dred twenty four (424), DuVal's Addition to the City of Little Rock,
Arkansas, as outlined in Section 1 hereof, said property to be hereafter
known and classified as being in the "F" Commercial District.
SECTION 3. Ordinance No. 8845 is hereby repealed.
SECTION 4. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage.
