AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING AND WAIVING YARD SPACE AND LOT AREA REQUIRE-
MENTS AND TWO BUILDINGS ON LOT TWELVE (12), BLOCK TWENTY (20), WRIGHTIS
ADDITION TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS: AMENDING ORDINANCE NO.
5420 AS AMENDED: AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That Lot twelve (12), Block twenty (20), Wright

tion to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, being 2200 Izard Street,
heretofore classified and zoned as "C" Two - Family District under the
terns of Zoning Ordinance No. 5420, is hereby rezoned and reclassified
and the same is hereby declared to be in "D" Apartment District under
the terms of said Zoning Ordinance, and a waiver of yard space and lot
area requirements and two buildings on one lot is hereby granted.
SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 5420 and the Zoning Map thereto
attached and :Wade a part thereof, are hereby amended to permit the
reclassification and rezoning of Lot twelve (12), Block twenty (20),
Wright's Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, as outlined in
Section 1 hereof; said property to be hereafter known and classified as
being in "D" Apartment District and with a waiver of yard space and lot
area requirements and two buildings on one lot granted as provided in
Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage.
