AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING AND WAIVING YARD SPACE REQUIREMENTS ON LOT
ONE (1), BLOCK THIRTEEN (13), CLINTON PARK ADDITION TO THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS: AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 5420 AS AMENDED: AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That Lot one (1), Block thirteen (13), Clinton Park
Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, being 1100 Inez Street,
heretofore classified and zoned as "B" Residence'District under the
terms of Zoning Ordinance No. 5420, is hereby rezoned and reclassified
and the same is hereby declared to be in "F" Commercial District under
the terms of said Zoning Ordinance, and a waiver of yard space require-
ments is hereby granted.
SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 51}20 and the Zoning Map thereto
attached and made a part thereof, are hereby amended to permit the
reclassification and rezoning of Lot one (1), Block thirteen (13),
Clinton Park Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, as outlined
in Section 1 hereof; said property to be hereafter known and classified
as being in "F" Commercial District and with yard space requirements
waived as provided in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage.
