ORDINANCE NO. 8887
AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING LOTS THREE (3), FOUR (4), BLOCK SEVEN (7),
NEIMEYER'S ADDITION TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING
ORDINANCE NO. 5420 AS AMENDED: AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That Lots three (3) and four (4), Block seven (7),
Neimeyer's Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, being 2107 South
Cedar Street, heretofore classified and zoned as "B" One Family District,
under the terms of Zoning Ordinance No. 51,20, is hereby rezoned and re-
classified and the same is hereby declared to be in "C" Two - Family Dis-
trict under the terms of said Zoning Ordinance.
SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 5420 and the Zoning Map thereto
attached and made a part thereof, are hereby amended to permit the
reclassification and rezoning of the said Lots three (3), and four (4),
Block seven (7), Neimeyerfs Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas,
as outlined in Section 1 hereof, said property to be hereafter known and
classified as being in the "C" Two - Family District.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage.
