AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND REQUESTING THE BOARD OF
PUBLIC AFFAIRS TO ADVERTISE, TAKE BIDS FOR AND SELL
TWO (2) AMERICAN- LAFRANCE 750- GALLON PUMPERS, 1930
MODEL, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
ION 1. 1. That 't -Beard of Public Affairs is
hereby authorized and requested to advertise, take bids for
and sell to the highest bidder two (2) American- LaFrance
750- gallon pumpers, 1930 model.
SECTION 2. That all ordinances or parts of
ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, ea d
this ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its passage and approval.
