AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE ROSE COURTS, INC., TO
ERECT A SIGN TEN FEET SOUTH OF THE SOUTHWEST CORNER
OF ROOSEVELT ROAD AND BRAGG STREET, AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LIT`LE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. From and after the effective date of this
ordinance the Rose Courts, Inc., is hereby authorized to erect a
sign ten (10) feet south of the southwest corner of Roosevelt Road
and Bragg Street.
SECTION 2. The City Engineer of the City of Little Rock
shall supervise the erection of such sign, and it shall be erected
in such a manner as not to be a hazard to traffic, whether vehicular
or pedestrian.
SECTION 3. The only thing that such sign shall contain
is an arrow, the AAA insignia, and the name of the Rose Court in
order to provide a direction for the general public travelling upon
Roosee e ft Roadx to said court.
SECTION 4. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance shall be
in full force and effect from and after its passage and approval.
