f. AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND REQUESTING THE
BOARD OF PUBLIC AFFAIRS TO ADVERTISE, TAKE
BIDS FOR AND LEASE A TRACTOR TO BE USED TO
TOW A HEAVY -DUTY LOW -BED TRAILER BY THE
STREET DEPARTMENT OF TnE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.-
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE �

SECTION 1. That the Board of Public Affairs is
hereby authorized and requested to advertise, take bids for
and lease a tractor to tow a heavy -duty low -bed trailer for
use by the Street Department of the City of Little Rock,
for a period of twenty -four (24) months, with the option to
apply any and all rental payments to the purchase of such
tractor at any time at which the City should desire to do
SO.
SECTION 2. That a City -owned Carry -Haul trailer
shall be traded in on said lease- purchase operation as part
of the down payment thereon.
SECTION 3. All ordinances or parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this
ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after
its passage and approval.
