AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND REQUESTING THE BOARD OF
PUBLIC AFFAIRS TO ADVERTISE; TAKE BIDS FOR AND PUR-
CHASE ONE NEW MOTORCYCLE, RADIO EQUIPPED, FOR USE BY
THE POLICE DEPARTMENT, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the Board of Public Affairs is hereby
authorized and requested to advertise, take bids for and purchase
one (1) new motorcycle, radio equipped, for use by the Police
Department of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas.
SECTION 2. That the cost of such motorcycle, w6fta4ar
trade -in allowance of one 1940 solo motorcycle No. 48 -UL 3293,
shall not exceed the sum of One Thousand. One Hundred Dollars
($1,100.00).
