AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING LOT FIVE (5) EXCEPT THE NORTH ONE
HUNDRED (100) FEET AND ALL OF LOT SEVEN (7), BLOCK NINE (9)0
RIFFEL.AND HOMERS SECOND ADDITION TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING ORDINANCE N0, 5420 AS AMENDED; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES,

BE IT ORDAINED BY TIM CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, AREA 46,
j SECTION 1. That Lot five (5) except the North one hundred (100) feet

and all of Lot seven (7), Block nine (9)0 Riffel and Holders Second
Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, being 4420 Asher Avenue,
heretofore classified and zoned as NF" Commercial District under the terns
of Zoning Ordinance No. 5420, is hereby rezoned and reclassified and the
same is hereby declared to be in *I" Light Industrial District under the
terms of said Zoning Ordinance.
SECTION 2, That Ordinance lio. 5420 ,and the Zoning Map thereto
attached and made a part thereof, are hereby amended to permit the re-
classification and rezoning of the said Lot five (5) except the North
one hundred (100) feet and all of Lot seven (7). Block nine (9), Riffel
and Holders Second Addition to the City of Little Rook, Arkansas, as
outlined in Section 1 hereof, said property to be hereafter known and
classified as being in the *I" Light Industrial District,
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage.
