AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PART OF LOTS ONE (1), TWO (2), AND
THREE (3), BLOCK FORTY NINE (49), PULASKI HEIGHTS ADDITION TO
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, APIILNDING ORDI -?ANCE NO. 5420
AS AMENDED; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
SECTION 1. That part of Lots one (1), two (2), and three
(3), Block forty nine (49), Pulaski Heights Addition to the City of
Little Rock, Arkansas, and more particularly described as beginning
at the Northeast corner of Block forty nine c49 ?; thence West along
the North line of Block forty nine (49) fifty (50) feet; thence South
sixty two and seven tenths (62 7/10) feet; thence East seventy four
(74) feet to the 'Vest line of Prospect Avenue; thence in a North
01esterly direction along the 'Jest line of Prospect Avenue fifty (50)
feet to the point of beginning, being 3417 Kavanaugh Street, heretofore
classified and zoned as "A" One- Family District under the terms of
Zoning Ordinance No. 5420, is hereby rezoned and reclassified and the
same is hereby declared to be in "C" Two- Family District under the
terms of said Zoning Ordinance. ,
SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 5420 and the Zoning Map thereto
attached and made a part thereof, are hereby amended to permit the
reclassification and rezoning of that property as outlined in Section
1 hereof, said property to be hereafter known and classified as being
in the "C" Two - Family District.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from and after its passage.
