AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING THE CLASSIFICATION OF "H" BUSINESS
DISTRICT FOR THE PROPERTY AT THE NORTHWEST CORNER. OF THE INTER-
SECTION OF EAST ROOSEVELT ROAD AND BARBER, AVENUE, AMMIffG
ORDINANCE NO. 5420 AS AMENDED: AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.

SECTION le That the property described as beginning at a point 175
feet North of the Southwest corner of the Southeast 1 Section 11, T -I H,
R -12 -W; thence East 550 feet to the point of beginning; thence East 605
feet to a point of intersection of East Roosevelt Road and State Highway
No. 65; thence North 39 degrees 52 minutes West, 900 feet to a points
thence South 600 feet to the point of beginning, being the Northwest
corner of East Roosevelt Road and Barber Avenue heretofore classified as
Cemetery Property under the terms of Zoning Ordinance Noe 5420, is hereby
reclassified and the same is declared to be in the "H" Business District
under the terms of said zoning ordinance.
SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 5420 and the Zoning Map thereto
attached and made a part thereof, are hereby amended to permit the re-
j classification of the property as described in Section 1 hereof, said
property to be hereafter known and classified as being in the "H" Business
District,
SECTION 3e That this ordinance shall take effect and be in force from
and after its passage.
