AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING AND WAIVING TWO (2) BUILDINGS ON LOT
THREE (3), BLOCK. FOUR (4), Kn0BAL1- SOUTH PARK ADDITION TO TIN CITY
OF LITTLE ROCB,. ARKAWAS, AMENDING CRDINANCE. 80. 5420 AS AMENDED;
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF TEE CITY OF LITTLE BOCK, ARKANSAS;
SECTION 1. That Lot three (3), Block four (4), Kimball South Park
Addition to the City of Little Rook, Arkansas, being 2809 Gaines Street,
heretofore classified and zoned as »B" Residence District under the
terns of Zoning Ordinance No. 5420, is hereby rezoned and reclassified
and the same is hereby declared to be in "DO Apartment District under
the terms of said Zoning Ordinance, and a waiver of two (2) buildings
on one (1) lot is hereby granted.
SECTION 2. That Ordinance 80. 5420 and the Zoning Map thereto
attached and made a part thereof, are hereby amended to permit the
reclassification and rezoning of the said Lot three (3), Block four (4),
Kimball South Park Addition to the City of Little Rook, Arkansas, as
outlined in Section 1 hereof, said property to be hereafter known and
classified as being in the "DM Apartment District, with a waiver of two
(2) buildings on one (1) Lot as provided in Section 1 hsreof.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage.
