AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING AND Y+IAIVING TWO BUILDINGS 014 PART OF THE STr417,
SE4, SECTION 8, T -1 -N, R -12 -W, PULASKI COUNTY, ARKANSAS, DESCRIBED AS
BEGINNING AT THE SW CORNER OF SAID SWJ, SEA; THENCE NORTH FOUR HUNDRED
FOUR (404) FEET TO THE SOUTH SIDE, OF ASHER AVENUE; THENCE NORTH SIXTY
ONE .(61) DEGREES EAST ALONG THE SOUTH SIDE OF.A]WER AVENUE A DISTANCE
OF SEVENTY THREE (73) FEET TO A POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE CONTINUE
NORTH SIXTY ONE (61) DEGREES EAST ALONG SAID SOUTH LINE OF ASHER AVENUE
A DISTANCE OF ONE HUNDRED (100) FEET TO A POINT; THENCE SOUTH SIX (6)
DEGREES THIRTEEN (13) MINUTES EAST THREE HUNDRED FOUR (304) FEET TO A
POINT; THENCE SOUTH EIGHTY THREE (83 ) DEGREES FORTY SEVEN (47) MINTY -Pr-S
WEST ONE HUNDRED ONE (101) FEET TO A POINT; THENCE NORTH FIVE (5) DEGREES
EICHTEEN (18) MINUTES, TWO HUNDRED SEVENTY TWO (272) FEET TO THE POI14T
OF BEGINNINGS AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 5420 AS AMENDED) AND FOR OTHER PUR-
POSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE 'SOCK, ARKANSAS'
SECTION 1. That part of the S14-, SE', Section 8, T -1 -N, R -12 -W,
Pulaski County, Arkansas, described as be- inning at the SW corner of said
SW41 S�'4; thence North four hundred four (404) feet to the South side of
Asher Avenue; thence North sixty one (61) degrees East along the South
side of Asher Avenue a distance of seventy three (73) feet to a point
of beginning; thence continue North sixty one (61) degrees East along
said South line of Asher Avenue a distance of one hundred (100) feet to
a point; thence South six (6) degrees thirteen (13) minutes Last three
hundred four (304) feet to a point; thence South eighty three (83) degrees
forty seven (47) minutes West one hundred one (101) feet to a point; thence
North five (5) degrees eighteen (18) minutes, two hundred seventy two
(272) feet to the point of beginning, being 3615 Asher Avenue, heretofore
classified and zoned as "B" Residence District under the terms of Zoning
Ordinance No. 5420, is hereby rezoned and reclassified and the same is
hereby declared to be in "C" Two - Family District under the terms of said
"Zoning Ordinance, and a waiver of two buildings on said property is hereby
granted.

SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 5420 and the Zoning Map thereto
attached and made a part thereof, are hereby amended to permit the
reclassification and rezoning of that property as outlined in Section 1
hereof; said property to be hereafter known and classified as being in
"C" Two - Family District and with a waiver of two buildings on said property
granted as provided in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage.
