HomeMy WebLinkAbout8908_ f_ 5 L ORDINANCE NO. 8908 AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING AND WAIVING THE SIDE P.ND FRONT YARD SPACE REQUIREMENTS ON THE EAST SEVENTY (70) FEET OF LOTS TEN (10), ELEVEN (11), AND TWELVE (12), BLOCK ONE HUNDRED FORTY TWO (142), ORIGINAL CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS 5 PlIENDING ORDINANCE, NO. 5420 AS A;NIENDED� AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES. BE IT ORDAINED BY TIE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS. SECTION 1. That the East seventy (70) feet of Lots ten (10), eleven (11), and twelve (12), Block one hundred forty two (142), Original City of Little Rock, Arkansas, being 803 West Third Street, heretofore classified and zoned as "D" Apartment District under the terms of Zoning Ordinance No. 5420, is hereby rezoned and reclassified and the same is hereby de- clared to be in "G" Commercial District under the terms of said Zoning Ordinance, and a waiver of side and front yard space requirements is hereby granted. SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 5420 and the Zoning Map thereto attached and made a part thereof, are hereby amended to permit the reclassification and rezoning of the East seventy (70) feet of Lots ten (10), eleven (11), and twelve (12), Block one hundred forty two (142), Original City of Little Rock, Arkansas, as outlined in Section 1 hereof; said property to be hereafter known and classified as being in "G" Commercial District and with side and front yard space requirements waived as provided in Section 1 hereof. SECTION 3. That the front yard space waiver be conditional to a set back of thirteen (13) feet. SECTION 4. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage.
