AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING LOTS TEN (10), PLEVEN (11), TWELVE (12), AND
THE NORTH TWENTY (20) FEET OF LOT THIRTEEN (13), BLOCK THREE (3), MASONIC
ADDITION TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, ANEVDING ORDINANCE NO. 5420
AS AMENDED AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That Lots ten (10), eleven (11), twelve (12), and
the North twenty (20) feet of Lot thirteen (13), Block three (3), Masonic
Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, being 901 - 911 McGowan
Street, heretofore classified and zoned as "C" Two - Family District under
the terms of Zoning Ordinance No. 5420, is hereby rezoned and reclassified
and the same is hereby declared to be in "F" Commercial District under
the terms of said Zoning Ordinance.
SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 5420 and the Zoning Map thereto
attached and made a part thereof, are hereby amended to permit the
reclassification and rezoning of the said Lots ten (10), eleven (11),
and twelve (12) and the North twenty (20) feet of Lot thirteen (13),
Block three (3), Masonic Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas,
as outlined in Section 1 hereof, said property to be hereafter known and
classified as being in the "F" Commercial District.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from and after its passage.
