��. AN ORDINANCE FIXING THE WIDTH OF PAVEMENT ON KAVANAUGH
WEST LINE OF OMEA O STREET
WLANE RIVE; FIXING THE WIDTH OF
PAVEMENT ON MEADOWLANE DRIVE FROM THE WEST LINE OF
HUGHES STREET, THENCE EASTERLY AND IN A CURVE TO THE
NORTH TO THE SOUTH LINE OF KAVANAUGH BOULEVARD; AND
FIXING THE WIDTH OF PAVEMENT OF ALL THAT PART OF HUGHES
STREET LYING`WITHIN THE CORPORATE LIMITS OF THE CITY OF
LJTTLE ROCK FROM THE SOUTH LINE OF MEADOWIANE DRIVE TO
THE SOUTH LINE PROJECTED WEST OF LOT 24, KAVANAUGH PLACE,
AN ADDITION TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Little
Rock, Arkansas:
SECTION 1. That the width of pavement on Kavanaugh Boulevard
from the west line of McKinley Street to the west line of Meadowlane
Drive be and the same is hereby fixed and established at 27 feet.
SECTION 2. That the width of pavement on MeadowlanO Drive
from the west line of Hughes Street, thence easterly and in a curve
to the north, to the south line of Kavanaugh Boulevard, be and the
same is hereby fixed and established at 27 feet..
SECTION 3. That the width of pavement on all that part of
Hughes Street lying within the corporate limits of the City of
Little Rock, from the south line of Meadowlane Drive to the south
line projected west of of 24 of Kavanaugh Place, an Addition to
the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, be and the same is hereby fixed
and established at 27 feet, except that the width of pavement on
that portion of said street divided by the corporate boundary line
shall be from said corporate limit on the west to a line on the east
side which would be a continuation south of the east side of the
27 -foot width of pavement north of said divided portion of said
street.
SECTION 4. That all ordinances and parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance shall be
in full force and effect from and after its passage.
