AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 3939 TO PERMIT THE PAVEMENT_ OF
A PORTION OF NORTH TYLER STREET DESCRIBED HEREINAFTER AT A WIDTH
OF 37'FEET: AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, The width for paving a portion of North Tyler Street
described hereinafter is fixed by Ordinance No. 3939 of the
City of Little Rock, Arkansas, at a width narrower than thirty -
seven (37t) feet; and
WHEREAS, the owners of property abutting upon said portions
of said street desire to pave the same to a width of thirty -seven
(371) feet;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the width of the pavement of North Tyler
Street from the North side of F1Hm Street to the South side of
"I" Street is hereby fixed at thirty -seven (371) feet from back
of curb to back of curb.
,SECTION 2. Ordinance No. 3939 of the ordinances of the City
of Little Rock, Arkansas, is hereby amended to conform to the
provisions of Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage..
