ORDINANCE NO. 8913
AN ORDINANCE AMEENDING SECTION 15 OF ORDINANCE
NO. 7209 BY PROVIDING A MINIMUM FINE OF FIVE DOLLARS
(15.00) AND A MAXIMUM FINE OF ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS
( 100.00) FOR VIOLATION OF SAID ORDINANCE, AND
FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:

SECTION 1. That Section 15 of Ordinance No. 7209
shall be amended to read as follows:
"Any person,, firm or corporation violating any of
the provisions of this ordinance shall be deemed guilty of a
misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be fined not
less than Five Dollars 05.00) nor more than One Hundred
Dollars ($100.00). Each day of violation of the provisions
of this ordinance shall constitute a separate offense."
SECTION 2. That all ordinances or parts of
ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and
ry this ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its passage and approval.
