AN ORDINANCE PROHIBITING THE OPERATION OF MOTOR-
CYCLES IN PUBLIC PARKS EXCEPT ON DESIGNATED
STREETS OR ROADWAYS, PROVIDING A PENALTY FOR
VIOLATION THEREOF, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK. ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The operation of motorcycles in

public parks is hereby prohibited except on designated
streets and roadways.
SECTION 2. Anyone operating a motorcycle in
a public park anywhere off designated streets and road-
; ways therein shall be fined not less than Twenty -Five
Dollars ($25.00) or more than One Hundred Dollars ($100.00)
for such violation.
SECTION 3. All ordinances or parts of
ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and
since the terrain in various parks throughout the Cjty
is being destroyed through the operation of motorcycles
which are operated almost everywhere in the publip;farks
except on designated streets and roadways; an emergency is
declared to exist for the Purpeserof preventing th@ destrue-
tion of said parks, and this ordinance shall be
in full force
and effect from and after its" ipas`sage and approval.
