AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND REQUESTING THE BOARD OF
PUBLIC AFFAIRS TO ADVERTISE, TAKE BIDS FOR AND PUR-
CHASE FIRE HOSE NOT.TO EXCEED THE VALUE OF FOUR
HUNDRED.DOLLARS ( #400,00), AND.FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS -
SECTION 1. That the Board of Public Affairs is hereby
authorized and requested to advertise, take bids for and purchase
two (2) 1022, foot length 5 -inch hard rubber suction hose; two (2)
10* foot length 4* -inch hard rubber suction hose; and one (1) 20
foot length 4i -inch hard rubber suction hose, for use by the
Fire Department of the City of Little Rock.
SECTION 2. That the cost of such hose shall not
exceed the sum of Four Hundred Dollars ($400.00).
SECTION 3. That all ordinances or parts of

this ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its passage and approval.
