AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND REQUESTING THE
BOARD OF PUBLIC A=FFAIRS TO ADVERTISE, TAKE
BIDS FOR AND PURCHASE TWENTY -FIVE (25) BUNKER
SUITS AND TEN (10) HELMETS FOR USE BY THE
FIRE DEPARTMENT, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the Board of Public Affairs
is hereby authorized and requested to advertise, take bids
for and purchase twenty -five (25) bunker suits and ten (10)
helmets for use by the Fire Department of the City of
Little Rock, at a total price not to exceed the sum of
One Thousand Two Hundred Dollars (1,200.00).
SECTION 2. All ordinances or parts of ordi-
nances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this
ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after
its passage and approval.
