ORDINANCE N0. 89__
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND REQUESTING THE
BOARD OF PUBLIC AFFAIRS TO ADVERTISE, TAKE
BIDS FOR AND PURCHASE FURNITURE FOR THE GOLF
COURSE CLUBHOUSE, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
R BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
SAS:
SECTION 1. That the Board of Public Affairs
is hereby authorized and requested to advertise, take
bids for and purchase furniture for the Golf Course
Clubhouse for use by the Department of Parks and Recrea-
tion of the City of Little Rock, at a price not to
exceed the sum of Four Hundred and Twenty -Nine Dollars
and Eighteen Cents ($429.18)0 which is the amount of
money now in the Golf Course Construction Fund.
SECTION 2. All ordinances or parts of
ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed,
and this ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage and approval.
