AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF TWO THOUSAND
EIGHT HUNDRED AND TWEM*BIX DOLLARS AND NINETY -FIVE
CENTS ($2,826.95) TO PAY THE RENTAL ON A BULLDOZER
FOR USE BY THE STREET DEPARTMENT FROM JUNE 1 TO
DECEMBER 31, 1952, FROM J. A. RIGGS TRACTOR COMPANY,
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated out of
the Street F nd of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, the sum
of Two Thousand Eight Hundred and Twenty -Six Dollars and
Ninety -Five Cents ($2,826.95) to pay the rental on a bulldozer
for use by the Street Department of the City of Little Rock
from June 1 to December 31, 1952, from the J. A. Riggs
Tractor Company.
SECTION 2. The proper city officials are hereby
eA to take the necessary stops and execute such instru-
ments as may be necessary to accomplish the provisions of
this ordinance.
SECTION 3. All ordinances or parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage
and approval.
