AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF THREE HUNDRED
AND FIFTY DOLLARS ( 4350.00) TO PAY THE EXPENSES OF
THE MAYOR TO THE CONVENTION OF MAYORS HELD IN
NEW YORK CITY MAY 15, 16 AND 17, 1952, AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
BE _IT- ORDAINED BY THE CITY - COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,,;,:,
ARKEIN SA$ :
SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated from the
General Fund of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, the sum of
Three Hundred and Fifty Dollars ($350.00) to pay the expenses
of the Mayor to the Convention of Mayors held in New
York City on May 15, 16 and 17, 1952.
SECTION 2. The proper city officials are hereby
authorized and directed to execute such instruments as may
be necessary in order to carry out the provisions of this
ordinance.
SECTION 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage
and approval.
