AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING LOT SIX (6), BLOCK TEN (10), CAPITOL VIEW
ADDITION: A1,I&NDING ORDINANCE NO. 5420 AS AMENDED; REPEALING ORDINANCE
NO. 8903: AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That Lot six (6). Block ten (10), Capitol View Addition
to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, being 315 Barton Street, heretofore
classified and zoned as "B" Residence District under the terms of Zoning
Ordinance No. 5420, is hereby rezoned and reclassified and the same is
hereby declared to be in "C" Two - Family District under the terms of said
Zoning Ordinance.
SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 5/,,20 and the Zoning 7�1ar thereto
attached and made a hart thereof, are hereby amended to hermit the
reclassification and rezoning of the said Lot six (6), Block ten (10),
Capitol View Addition to the City.of Little Rock, Arkansas, as outlined
in Section 1 hereof, said property to be hereafter known and classified
as being in the "C" Two - Family District.
SECTION 3. That Ordinance No. 8903 is hereby repealed.
SECTION 4. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage.
