AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING AND WAIVING YARD SPACE
REQUL MErTTS ON LOTS THIRTEEN (13).* FOURTEEN (114.)j,
AND FIFTEEN (15), BLOCS THREE (3), PINEHURST ADDI -
- — TION TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCS, ARKANSAS; AMENDING
' ORDINANCE `R0. 5! 20 AS AMEADED; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That Lots thirteen (13)0 fourteen (11a.), and
fifteen (15). Block three (3), Pinehurst Addition to the City of
Little Rock, Arkansas, being 1}224 "A" Street, heretofcre classified
and zoned as "B" Residence District under the terms of Zoning
Ordinance No. 1 20, is hereby rezoned and reclassified and the same
is hereby declared to be in "C" Taro- Family District under the terms
of said Zoning Ordinance, and a waiver of front and rear yard space
requirements is hereby granted, provided that the waiver of front
yard space shall not extend beyond the present building lines of
Rose and "A" Streets.
SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 5420 and the Zoning Map
thereto attached and made a part thereof, are hereby amended to
permit the reclassification and rezoning of Lots thirteen (13),
fourteen (34), and fifteen (15). Block three (3), Pinehurst Addition
to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, as outlined in Section 1
hereof; said property to be hereafter known and classified as being
In "C" Two - Family District and with yard space requirements Waived
as provided in Section 1 hereof. i
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be
in force from and after its passage.
