AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING AND AUTHORIZING THE
PAYMENT OF TWO THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED AND TWO
DOLLARS AND FIFTY CENTS ($2,702.50) TO RUSSELL
BROWN AND COMPANY FOR AUDITING THE CITY ACCOUNTS
FOR THE YEAR 1951, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the sum of Two Thousand Seven
Hundred and Two Dollars and Fifty Cents ($2,702.50) is hereby
appropriated for payment of Russell Brown and Company for
auditing the City accounts for the year 1951.
SECTION 2. That the Mayor and the City Clerk are
authorized and directed to issue the City's warrant in the
sum of Two Thousand Seven Hundred and Two Dollars and Fifty
Cents ($2,702.50) payable to Russell Brown and Company for
auditing the books of the City.
SECTION 3. All ordinances or parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage
and approval.
