AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PART OF BLOCK TWO HUNDRED SEVENTEEN (217)
ORIGINAL CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, STARTING AT THE SOUTHEAST
CORNER OF BLOCK TWO HTNDRED SEVENTEEN (217); T!D_?NCE NORTH FIFTY (50)
FEET TO A POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE NORTH FORTY SIX POINT EIGHT (46.8)
FEET; THENCE WEST ONE HUNDRED FORTY ONE POINT ONE (141.1) FEET; THENCE
SOUTH FORTY SIX POINT EIGHT (46.8) FEET; THENCE EAST ONE HUNDRED FORTY
ONE POINT ONE (141.1) FEET TO BEGINNING, AMEIMING ORDINANCE NO. 54.20
AS AMENDED AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That part of Block two hundred seventeen (217) Original
City of Little Rock, Arkansas, starting at the Southeast corner of Block
two hundred seventeen (217); thence North fifty (50) feet to a point of
beginning; thence North forty six point eight (46.8) feet; thence west
one hundred forty one point one (141.1) feet;thence South forty six point
eight (46.8) feet thence east one hundred forty one point one (141.1)
feet to beginning, being 1818 Gaines Street, heretofore classified and
zoned as "C" Two - Family District under the terms of Zoning Ordinance
No. 5420, is hereby rezoned and reclassified and the same is hereby de-
clared to be in "D" Apartment District under the terms of said Zoning
Ordinance.
SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 5420 and the Zoning Map thereto
attached and made a part thereof, are hereby amended to permit the
reclassification and rezoning of that property as outlined in Section 1
hereof, said property to be hereafter known and classified as being in .
the "D" Apartment District.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage.
