AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING LOT FOUR (4), AND THE WEST HALF ( +) OF LOT
FIVE (5), BLOCK TWO (2), WINIFRED ADDITION TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 5420 AS AMENDED) AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That Lot four (4) and the West half W of Lot five (5).
Block two (2), Winifred Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas,
being 3215 West Twenty First Street, heretofore classified and zoned as
"B" Residence District under the terms of Zoning Ordinance No. 5420, is
hereby rezoned and reclassified and the same is hereby declared to be
in "C" Two Family District under the terms of said Zoning Ordinance.
SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 5420 and the Zoning Map thereto
attached and made a part thereof, are hereby amended to permit the
reclassification and rezoning of the said Lot four (4) and the West half
{) of Lot five (5), Block two (2), Winifred Addition to the City of
Little Rock, Arkansas, as outlined in Section 1 hereof, said property to
be hereafter known and classified as being in the "C" Two - Family District.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage.
