AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING LOTS THIRTEEN(13), FOURTEEN (14), FIFTEEN (15),
SIXTEEN (16), SEVENTEEN (17), AND EIGHTEEN (18), BLOCK SEVEN (7), MOUNTAIN
PARK ADDITION TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING ORDINANCE
NO. 5420 AS AMENDED3 AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CTTY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That Lots thirteen (13), fourteen (14), fifteen (15),
sixteen (16), seventeen (17), and eighteen (18), Block seven (7), Mountain
Park Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, being 5824 "R" Street,
heretofore classified and zoned as "A" One Family District under the
terms of Zoning Ordinance No. 5420, is hereby rezoned and reclassified
and the same is hereby declared to be in "F" Commercial District under
the terms of said Zoning Ordinance.
SECTION 2. That Ordiname No. 5420 and the Zoning Map thereto
attached and made a part thereof, are hereby amended to permit the
reclassification and rezoning of the said Lots thirteen (13), fourteen
(14), fifteen (15), sixteen (16), seventeen (17), and eighteen (18),
Block seven (7), Mountain Park Addition to the City of Little Rock,
Arkansas, as outlined in Section 1 hereof, said property to be hereafter
known and classified as being in the "F" Commercial District.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage.
