AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING LOT THREE (3), BLOCK SIX (6), BEACH'S ADDI-
TION TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 5420
AS AMENDED; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That Lot three (3), Block six (6), Beach's Addi-
tion to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, being 409 Valmar Street,
heretofore classified and zoned as "B" Residence District under the terms
of Zoning Ordinance No. 5/,20, is hereby rezoned and reclassified and the
same is hereby declared to be in "C" Two - Family District under the terms
of said Zoning Ordinance.
SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 5420 and the Zoning.Map thereto
attached and made a part thereof, are hereby amended to permit the
reclassification and rezoning of the said Lot three (3). Block six (6),
Beach's Addition to the City #f Little Rock, Arkansas, as outlined in
Section 1 hereof, said property to be hereafter known and classified as
being in the "C" Two - Family District.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from and after its passage.
