BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS. SECTI ©N 1. That Lot seventeen (17)- Keck three (3), Worthen W Brown Addition to the City'of Little Roek, Arkansas, being 2718 West Thirteenth Street, heretofore classified and zoned as "B" Residence District under the terms of Zoning Ordinance No 5420, is hereby rezoned and reclassified and the same is hereby declared to be in "J" Light Industrial District under the terms of said Zoning Ordinance. SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 5420 and the Zoning Map thereto attached and made a part thereof, are hereby amended to permit the reclassification and rezoning of the said Lot seventeen (17), Block three (3), Worthen and Brown Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, as outlined in Section 1 hereof, said property to be hereafter known and classified) as being in the "J" Light Industrial District.
