AN ORDINANCE MAKING THE TRESPASSING UPON THE
PROPERTY OF ANOTHER FOR THE PURPOSE OF WINDOW
PEEPING A MISDEMEANOR, PROVIDING A MINIMUM
FINE OF FIFTY DOLLARS (50.00) AND A MAXIMUM
FINE OF FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS (6500.00) FOR
THE VIOLATION OF THIS ORDINANCE, AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
Rte, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. It shall be a misdemeanor for any
person to trespass upon the property of another and while
on said property to peep through windows, doors or other
like places for the purpose of spying on or invading the
privacy of the person spied upon.
SECTION 2. Any person violating any of the
provisions of this ordinance shall be deemed guilty of a
misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be fined
not less than Fifty Dollars ($50.00), or more than Five
Hundred Dollars ($500.00).
SECTION 3. All ordinances or parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage
and approval.
