AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 1 OF ORDINANCE N0. 8571,
ESTABLISHING THE SALARY OF THE CITY HEALTH OFFICER AT
THE SUM OF FOUR THOUSAND DOLLARS ($4,000.00) ANNUALLY,
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
-ON 1. That Section 1 of Ordinance Ao. 8571 is
hereby amended by providing that from and after January 1, 1952,
the salary of the City Health Officer shall be Four Thousand
Dollars ($4,000.00) annually instead of Three Thousand Four
Hundred Dollars (3,400.00).
SECTION 2. That such part of Section 1 of Ordinance
No. 8571 and all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance shall be in
full_ f orce *and effect as of January 1, 1952.
