CREATING AN ADDITIONAL POSITION OF ROLLER OPERATOR IN THE
STREET DEPARTMENT, ESTABLISHING THE SALARY THEREFOR, AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.

SECTION 3. This ordinance shall bq effective as of
May 16, 1952•
SECTION 4. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed and unless the provisions
of this ordinance are put into effect immediately, the public
peace, health, and safety of the citizens of Little Rock will be
adversely affected; therefore, an emergency is hereby declared
to exist and this ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage and approval.
