AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE BOARD OF
PUBLIC AFFAIRS TO ADVERTISES TAKE BIDS FOR, AND PUR-
CHASE ONE (1) AUTOMOBILE FOR USE OF THE ELECTRIC DEPART -
WENT., AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
EE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTIE ROCKS, ARKANSAS:
88CTION 1. The Board of PabU* Affairs is herstr authorised
and directed to advertise., take bids fors and purchase one (1)
automobile for use by the Electric Department. The cost of
such automobile, with trade -in allowance of one (1) used car..
shall not exceed thirteen hundred seventy-five dollars ($1375.00).
SECTION 2. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in con-
flict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance shall be
in full force and effect from and after its passage and approval.
