AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND REQUESTING THE
BOARD OF PUBLIC AFFAIRS TO ADVERTISE, TAKE
BIDS FOR AND PURCHASE FOUR (4) ONE HUNDRED
AND FIFTY (150) POUND CYLINDERS OF LIQUID,
CHLORINE EACH WEEK DURIN'G.THE SWIMMING SEASON
FOR USE AT MUNICIPAL SWIX4ING POOLS, AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the Board of Public Affairs
is hereby authorized and requested to advertise, take
bids for and purchase four (4) one hundred and fifty
(150) pound cylinders of liquid chlorine each week during
the swimming season for use at the Municipal Swimming
Fools, at a total cost not to exceed the sum of Seventy-
Five Dollars (475.00) per week.
SECTION 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this
ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its passage and approval.
