ORDINANCE NO. 8963
AN ORDINANCE WAIVING THE PROVISIONS OF SECTION
802 OF ORDINANCE NO. 7888 AS TO A TYPE 4 BUILDING
TO BE BUILT ON BLOCK 13, SIDNEY JOHNSON ADDITION
TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the provisions of Section 802
of Ordinance No. 7888 as to requirements to be met for a
Type 4 building are hereby waived as to a Type 4 building
which is to be built on Block 13, Sidney Johnson Addition
to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas.
SECTION 2. That all ordinances or parts of
ordinaes in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and
this Orel ce shall be in full force and effect from and
after its passage and approval.
