AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF $636,028.21 FOR PAYMENTS OF MATURING PRINCIPAL, CALLED PRINCIPAL, SEMI- ANNUAL INTEREST, AND PAYING AGENT'S CHARGES DUE AUGUST 1ST, 1952, AND SEPTEMBER 1ST, 1952s ON VARIOUS CITY OF LITTLE R,9PX B0ND ISSUES, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS: SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated out of the various funds of the City of Little Rock the sums of money as herein recited for payment of the City's obligations on various bond requirements due August 1st, 1952, and September 1st, 1952, as follows: Auditorium Bond Fund - 2/ Municipal Auditorium Refunding Bonds: Maturing principal Called principal Semi - annual interest Paging Agent's charges 21,500.00 284,000.00 3,055.00 313.14 $308,868.74 Library Annex Bond Fund - 4$ Addition to City Library Bonds: Maturing principal Semi - annual interest Paging Agent's charges 2,000.00 100.00 7.00 $ 2,107.00 5% Sinking Fund - Airport, Fire Equipment and hospital Bonds: Maturing principal Semi - annual interest Paging Agent's charges 24,000.00 5,9 .81 $ 29,969.81 Fair Park Bond Fund - 22f Fair Park Improvement Bonds: Semi - annual interest 375.00 Paying Agent's charges 5.00 380.00 Park Bond Fund - 1 -3114 Park Improvement Bonds: Called principal $291,000.00 Semi - annual interest 3,403.75 Paging Agent's charges 299.51 $294x703.26 A J8,11^ 2 SECTION 2. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to issue the Cityts warrants on the respective funds and for the respective amounts and purposes herein mentioned; and the City Clerk is hereby authorized to make such arrangements as are necessary for the tra nsmittai of these funds to the proper paying agents to meet the due dates of August 1st, 1952 and September 1st, 1952. i SECTION 3.
