WOOLWORTH COMPANY STORE BUILDING, WHICH WAS BROKEN BY A POLICEMAN RUNNI4G HIS MDTORCYCIE THROUGH SAID WINDOW; DIRECTING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO ISSUE THE CITY'S WARRANT THEREFOR; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES. IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS: SECTION 1. That the sum of Two Hundred and Thirteen Dollars and Thirty -Two Cents ($213.32) is hereby appropriated for the purpose of paying Dyke Brothers for re- placing'a plateglass window in the store building occupied `by F. W. Woolworth Company, said window replaced having been broken out by a policeman running his motorcycle through such window. SECTION 2. That the Mayor and the City Clerk are hereby directed to issue the City's warrant in the sum of Two Hundred and Thirteen Dollars and Thirty -Two Cents ($213.32) payable to Dyke Brothers. SECTION 3. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and approval.
