the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, organized for the purpose of --
trading, draining, curbing, buttering and paving Kavanaugh Boule-
vard, R Street, Yeadowlane Drive and Hughes Street as therein set
out have petitioned tti,e City Council of the City of Little Rock,
Arkansas, for the construction of said L -. rover ent, and that the
cost thereof shall be assessed upon the real property of said
District according to the benefits received; and
H7.REAS, said benefits received bvr each and every block,
lot and parcel of real property situated in said District equals
or exceeds the local assess -1 -ent thereon; and

Q26,000.00;
NOW, THER EFO_n.IE, BE IT ORDAINED 317 T HE CITY COUNCIL of
the Cit-�r of Little °ock, Arkansas;
Section 1. That the said several blocks., lots and
parcels of real property in said District be assessed according
to the assessr;ent list for said i:,prove: -tent district as the sane
now rerAains in tl-.e office of the City Clerk, and that six and
two- thirds per centum, (6 2/3,%) of the assess -ent on each of said
blocks, lots and parcels shall be collected by the County Collector
with the first insta:llraent of the general taxes becoming due in
1953 and annually t'.iereafter with t'-- e first install ":ent of the
general taxes until the whole of said local assessment shall be
paid.
Section 2. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance shall be
in full force and effect from and after its passage.
