ORDINANCE NO. 898
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND REQUESTING THE
BOARD OF PUBLIC AFFAIRS TO ADVERTISE, TAKE
BIDS FOR AND PURCHASE TWELVE (12) JUDGES'
CRIMINAL DOCKETS AT A TOTAL PRICE NOT TO
EXCEED THE SUM OF ONE THOUSAND DOLLARS ($1,000.00),
FOR USE BY THE MUNICIPAL COURT, AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS
SECTION 1. The Board of Public Affairs is hereby
authorized and requested to advertise, take bids for and pur-
chase twelve (12) Judges, Criminal Dockets for use by the
Little Rock Municipal Court, at a total price not to exceed
the sum of One Thousand, Dollars ($1.,000.00).
SECTION 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage
and approval.
