§ ORDINANCE N(T. 8989
AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE DEDICATION OF A STRIP 25 FELT
ON NORTH MARTIN EXTENDING FROM I STREET TO THE INTERSEC-
TION OF CEDAR ROAD AND CANTRELL ROAD, WHICH STRIP OF LAND
IS DEDICATED TO THE CITY FOR STREET PURPOSES BY A QUIT -
CLAIM.DEED EXECUTED BY ALBERT L. FLETCHER, BISHOP OF
LITTLE ROCK, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That a strip of land of 25 feet on North Martin,
extending from I Street to the intersection of Cedar Road and Cantrell
Road, conveyed to the City by Albert L. Fletcher, Bishop of Little
Rock, to be used as a dedicated street, which land is more
particularly described as follows:
The West twenty -five (25) feet of that part of the Northeast
Quarter of the Southeast Quarter (NEI SEW) of Section Thirty-
Two (32),- Township Two (2) North, Range Twelve (12) West,
lying South of Highway #10 and immediately East of North
Martin Street as now platted,
is hereby accepted by the City of Little Rock.
$ECTION .2, That the >Gity Clerk is hereby requested to
have the quit -claim deed executed by Albert L. Fletcher, Bishop of
Little Rock,
Recorder
of Pulaski County. That a copy of this ordinance reflecting accep-
tance of this dedication shall also be filed in the office of the
Circuit Clerk and Recorder.
SECTION 3. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance shall
be in full force and effect from and after its passage and approval.
